Introduction to MSc in Economics and Business Administration - Human Resource Management

As the name indicates, the programme in Human Resource Management offers courses that specialize in the management of human resources.

Teaching and learning at the University of Southern Denmark build on a principle of active learning and teaching. You become part of a committed learning community and we expect you to actively participate, be proactive, curious and ready to learn.

We strive to teach in ways that generate in-depth learning and motivate students to participate actively in the learning activities. We also strive to ensure alignment between learning objectives, teaching methods, and forms of examination as well as variation among these. Each course typically consists of three lessons per week to support your independent learning activities. The lessons consist of lectures, seminars, projects and case studies. For project work, seminars and Master’s thesis, supervision is available.

We encourage students to form study groups across nationalities and other differences in their background to stimulate learning and develop skills for cooperation in multicultural and diverse teams.
