ESADE's Full-Time MBA combines management theory with practical experience, giving students the opportunity to apply their knowledge to real business challenges. A central component is the Final Master Project, in which students act as consultants for a company and work on a challenge in areas such as strategy, marketing, innovation, operations, organisational behaviour or finance.
The programme also emphasises teamwork, debate and co-creation, helping students develop their ability to analyse complex problems and collaborate on solutions.
