A Global Perspective on Finance
The Global Master’s in Finance is a 15-month, full-time programme designed for recent graduates who want to build a career in international finance. Based in Barcelona, you’ll develop a strong foundation in financial analysis, corporate finance and investment while exploring how economic, political and cultural factors shape global markets.
During a 10-week international immersion, you’ll study at HKU Business School in Hong Kong or Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. You’ll also work on a consulting-style project with a local company, gaining insight into financial decision-making across different business environments.

- Academic background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering. Applicants from other backgrounds may be considered in exceptional cases.
- Finance knowledge: Applicants without sufficient prior knowledge of finance may be required to complete the Pre-Program in Finance (PPF).
- English proficiency: Submit an accepted English-language certificate, such as IELTS Academic (7.0), TOEFL iBT (100) or Duolingo English Test (130), unless exempt.
- Admissions test: Take the Esade Admissions Test (TAE), GMAT or GRE.
- Application documents: Provide a CV, academic transcripts, degree certificate (when available), identification or passport, and two recommendation letters.
- Interview: Selected applicants must complete an admissions interview.
Professional experience is not required. Students completing their bachelor’s degree may apply with a partial transcript, provided they meet the degree requirements before the programme begins.
